Job description

· Handle Tour Operation & Quotation based on in-charge Tour Destinations.

· Develop & Update Tour Products Timely.

· Control Tour Cost-Effectively & Prepare Montly Tour Cost Calculation.

· Deal with Problems in Tour Operation.

· Conduct Tour Product Training (for Tour Op, Tour Sales, Tour Guide & Marketing Team)

· Develop & Maintain Good relationships with Suppliers (Lands & Airlines)

· Prepare Weekly Tour Quotation Report & Montly Tour Cost Report.

· Other Tasks Assigned by Tour Operation Manager.

Job requirement

· Bachelor's degree or Masters' degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field.

· Essential 2 years' experience in tour operation.

· Computer Skills: MS. Office / Email / Internet.

· Leadership, sales planning, training skills and motivation of team members.

· Good command of communication in English is spoken & written.

Working Condition: 

· Monday to Friday 8:00 am-12:00 pm, 13:00 pm-17:30 pm.

· Saturday 8:00 am-12:00 am.
