Corporate Sales Manager overseas all activities of Corporate Sales Section and report directly to Head of Sales. The Corporate Sales Manager provides supports to Sales & Marketing management and the business in advancing overall sales and marketing goals and objectives. He partners with various departments and teams in maximizing the Corporate Sales Section performances, revenue, improving decision-making, and ultimately driving sales effectiveness and efficiency of the Section. The Corporate Sales Manager must have strong sales management skills, communication skills, and have a handle-on approach in delivering results.

Job description

· Leads and overseea all activities of Corporate Sales team in ensuring proper execution of company plan to deliver objectives.

· Supervises sales personnel and ensuring accurate execution of duties. Acts as a member to key talents to encourage their professional growth, and to readly them for the succession of higher positions in the future.

· Manages Corporates sales budget processes and produces demand forecasting, sales reports, marketing inteligent reports in a complete, accurate, and timely manner. 

· Builds brand presence through Offline partnerships for branding and acquisition through affilation and short term promotional events, trade shows, fares, conferences and community events.

· Optimizes existing growing customer clusters and continouly tests new and crazy campaigns to uncover uptapped potential of the market.

· Additionally, plays a leading role in the optimization of Corporate Sales management systems and processess. Handles end to end projects efficiently and timely, based on the budget given.

· Develops and implements annual and seasonal sales strategy, plan and 360 compaign go-to-markets. Mentors and evaluates cycle activities to propose improvement plan and execution, Including the monitoring of sales progress at all stages from inquiry of quotation to closing and Meeting key clients to improve market inteligence, to present proposals, to address issues and concerns.

· Evaluates and analyses market dynamics, key players' and key partner' performances in order to provide recommendations and solutions to further enhance Corporate Sales performance. This is includes a detailed understanding of customer behavior, utilizing the various tools available to assist in implementing strategy.

· Contributes in the developement of overall sales programs in consistent with the customer trading agreement policies and practices by customers types. 

· Contributes the development of POS, In-Store, giveaway and communication materials in order to achieve maximum Brand awareness and imagery within approved budgets and timeline.

· Works closely with other departments to deliver objectives as plan and foster strong team work spirit. 

· Works closely across funtions and with leadership team to drive Corprate Sales initiatives and key customer profitability.

· Establishes close working relationship with strategic partners in order to gain high levels of supports and loyalty whist enhancing understanding of the business environment and industry dynamics.

· Collaborates with relevant stakeholders in ensuring accurate representation of the company and maintainance high level of business integrity in the industry and ensure compliance with legistlation and internal policy.

· Provides Market information and reports on performance to ensure that the Head of Sales, Leadership Team and relevent team members are fully informed at all times and take appropriate response actions on a timely basis. 

· Keeps the team abreast of changes in the industry inclusive of legislations, regulations and ensures that all Sales transactions across the section are in legal compliance.

· Conducts research and identifies opportunities for business to continue raising the bar of performance.

Job requirement

Experience :

At least 3 years of working experience in relevant fiels.

The candidate will also be better suited with experience in travel industry.

 

MS Office and Software :

Possess good computer skill, being proficient in Digital Social Apps, MS Excell, Ms Outlook, and PowerPiont, which will all be necessary for the effective performance of the creation of reports, proposals and recommendation.

 

Other Skills :

Effective in handling multiple project and meeting tight deadlines, be result and detail oriented, be self-starter, be proactive, going beyond the call of duty, be a reason of high intergrity, be comfortable working in a highly collaborative setting, has an ability to learn and adapt quickly, has exceptionally good problem-solving, selling and negotiation skills, be an outspoken and comfortable in dealing with major clients.

Exceptionally good communication skill, portraying an ability to influence a cross-funtional teams and senior leadership teams as well as stakeholders in a unifies direction and with common vision.
