Job description

· Leads the Marketing department, oversees all activities of Marketing team to ensuring proper execution of company plan to deliver objectives.

· Supervised Marketing personnel and ensures accurate execution of their duties. Act as mentor to key managers and telents to encourage their professional growth, and to ready for the succession of higher positions in the future.

· Assists Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of Brand Plan and long-term strategy in order to maximize brand performance, brand share, market share, revenue and profitability growth; and spearheads the roll-out-strategy of new expansion along with Sales and Operation teams.

· Leads the creation of Brand guideline, assets, briefs creatives and sources marketing service providers and resources

· Coordinates the creation of thematic Social Media contents and initiating content marketing campaigns to reach targets

· Builds the business proposal of partnerships for branding and acquisition through affiliate and short term promotional events

· Optimize existing growthing channels and continously tests new and crazy campaigns to uncover untapped acquisition.

· Manages Marketing budget processes and produces cycle calender, brand reports, market intelligent reports in a complete, accurate and timely manner. 

· Additionally, plays a leading role in the optimization of Marketing management systems and processes. Handles end projects efficiently and effectively.

· Spearheads the development and implementation of Anual and Seasonal Marketing strategy, plan and launch campaigns

· Drive the development of Above-The-Line and Below-The-Line marketing programs to achieve maximum brand awareness, leverage brand imagery, brand visibility and acquistion within approved budget and timeline. 

· Executives, monitors, tracks, optimizes and evaluated cycle activities and marketing campaigns to propose improvement plans and execution to deliver company plan objectives.

· Monitors, tracks, and analyes online marketing performance that is KPI driven (Knowledge and Experience in social paid, search marketing, and SEO are required)

· Evaluates and analyses market dynamics, communication channel and key touchpoint performance in order to provide recomendations and solutions to futher enhance Marketing performance. This is includes a detailed understaning of customer behavior, utilizing and recommending appropriate market information tools and research to assist in implimentting strategy.

· Works closely with other departments to deliver objectives as plan and foster strong team work spirit.

· Works closely across funtions and with leadership team to drive Offine and Online Marketing initatives.

· Establishes close working relationships with strategic partners and Marketing agencies in order to gain high levels of supports and loyalty whist enhancing understanding of the trading environment and industry dynamics.

· Collaborates with relevant stakeholders in ensuring accurate representation and maintaince high level of business integrity in the industry by ensuring compliance with legislation and internal policy.

· Provided Marketing information and reports on performance to ensure that the Chief Operation Officer, Leadership Team and relevant team members are fully informed at all times and take appropriate response actions on a timely basis. 

· Understanding the market, where we can meet our potential target, acquires new customers, meet business and grow perdefined KPIs.

· Conducts research and identifies opportunities for business to continue raising the bar of performance.

Job requirement

 Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, preferably Tourism and Hospitality Management. 

The equivalent of the same in practical experience is also acceptable.

 

Experience: 

At least 5 years of working experience in relevant fields

The candidate will also be better suited with experience in travel industry.

 

MS Office and Software: 

Possess good computer skill, being proficient in Digital Social Apps, Ms Excel, Ms Outlook, and PowerPoint, which will all be necessary for the effective performance of the creation of reports, proposals and recommendations. 

 

Other Skills: 

Strategic thinking, effective in handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines, be results and detail oriented, be self-starter, be proactive, going beyond the call of duty, be a person of high integrity, be comfortable working in a highly collaborative setting, has an ability to learn and adapt quickly, has exceptionally good problem-solving skills, be an outspoken and comfortable in dealing with partners.

· Monday to Friday 8:00 am-12:00 pm, 13:00 pm-17:30 pm

· Saturday 8:00 am-12:00 am.
